Teri is the owner of Strength & Stretch Collective and a passionate instructor dedicated to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence. Her approach blends strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance into purposeful, thoughtfully designed programs—with a strong emphasis on injury prevention and proper stretching techniques tailored to your individual goals.

Every session is built to support muscle and joint health, improve movement quality, and help you stretch smarter—not just deeper—so your body stays resilient, balanced, and pain-free for the long run.

Her classes are anything but one-size-fits-all. From deep stretching with breathwork to assisted and self-guided PNF techniques, mat, bench, and strap work, balance training, and energizing Stretch Flow sessions set to motivating music—there’s something for everybody and every starting point.
